The Diversity Model
As part of a long-term research partnership with the Australian Cotton Research and Development Corporation, we developed the world’s first multi-species, multi-herbicide, multi-gene functional process model of herbicide resistance in key weeds of cotton. The Diversity Model underpins Australian cotton’s approach to resistance risk management, in the context of weed management worth several hundred million dollars annually.
The Diversity Model is written in Python. Get in touch to check it out.
WAMITT
WAMITT – the Weeds Action Management Integrated Threshold Tool – is a world-first teaching and learning tool designed for Australian farmers. It helps cotton growers decide whether a particular cohort of weeds will cost more in yield penalty than the price of the method of weed control. It’s based on 20 years of work by Dr Graham Charles at the Australian Cotton Research Institute, and is free to download.

AIM – Avena Integrated Mangement
With the University of Sydney, we developed AIM, a Excel weed management decision support tool for farmers. Our development included VBA programming, needs analysis and data collection, functional modelling, and UX changes.
Health trial statistics
We partner with RDC Global and other private research providers, to analyse results of supplements and plant extract trials in human health. Our services include researching standard processes for analysis in the field and checking SAPs against standards; statistical strategy development; data cleaning; running analytical and predictive statistics, data presentation, and reporting analysis results in a comprehensive and understandable manner.
